Intoxicating Substances Lecture series:

Location: High Point Church

These evenings will explore how to faithfully engage intoxicating substances and help us understand them in line with what research, Scripture, and historical prudential wisdom teach us.

The purpose is to equip us to make prudent decisions about using substances that can cause intoxication in ways that conform to being Christ’s disciple, bring glory to God, love those in the church, and offer a compelling witness to the world.

In this lecture in the series, we will turn outward to examine cultural assumptions surrounding substances like alcohol, marijuana, and others. This session will help us discern how to engage these realities with wisdom, sobriety, and spiritual clarity.
